Stalking Injunctions, were served to both Susan Manning aka Brook, Carter, Moon, Flint, Greener and Susan Manning's 6th husband, Michael Brook, in April 2023.
In 2024 Susan Manning violated those active stalking injunctions by sending threatening mail to those very individuals named in the injunctions that Manning was clearly ordered to NOT contact in any way or method whatsoever, including by mail, ie: do NOT stalk.

In June 2024, Timothy McGaffin called for a civil court hearing to show that he and his wife and family were being stalked by Susan Manning. Tim McGaffin presented to the court these same exhibits that proved he, his wife and family were being actively harassed and stalked by Susan Manning.
Susan Manning's scum attorney Christopher D. Greenwood did not have the truth on his side. And when someone does not have the facts, logic or any truth on their side, they always revert to demonizing someone's character.
Therefore no-ethics attorney and professional liar Christopher D. Greenwood laughably started his so-called defense by saying the following:
"Mr. McGaffin has a motto of 'champions never quit'. And Mr. McGaffin wrote a book named "champions never quit". And you can see on the first page of his book Mr. McGaffin says 'Never never never never never never quit."
The judge Mandy Larsen had a perplexed look on her face as Chris Greenwood laughably and desperately attempted to demonize Tim McGaffin by trying to make fun of his motto of never giving up.
We can only speculate that Chris Greenwood was hoping to portray Tim McGaffin as crazy or a wacko for his motto of never giving up.
Then Chris Greenwood said that not everyone agrees with Mr. McGaffin's motto or what he says in his book.
And therefore since others don't agree with his motto of never giving up such as Chris Greenwood's client, Susan Manning, and she doesn't like him and doesn't agree with him and therefore he and his family deserved to be stalked and/or Susan Manning is justified in stalking Tim McGaffin.
And the first time Chris Greenwood told the truth was when he said that his client Susan Manning admits to violating the stalking injunction, after she was caught.
Lastly, the second time pathetic Chris Greenwood told the truth was at the very end when he correctly summed up his theatrical performance to the judge in a very defeated tone of voice, saying, quote, "Perhaps I've said too much."
CONTEMPT OF COURT FOR STALKING:
Judge Mandy Larsen then found Susan Yvonne Manning in Contempt of Court for violating the stalking injunctions against her.
SUSAN MANNING SENTENCED TO 30 DAYS IN JAIL:
Susan Yvonne Manning was then sentenced to 30 days in jail and to pay a $1,000 fine.
J. Wesley Mangum and Kevin Daniels are Laughable and Without Honor:
After Susan Manning was sentenced to 30 days in jail, Tim McGaffin called the Sanpete, Utah Deputy County Attorney, J. Wesley Mangum on the phone and asked him to criminally charge Susan Manning for stalking.
J. Wesley Mangum then said he knows Susan Manning was found in Contempt of Court for stalking because he was at that hearing. And also Kevin Daniels, the Sanpete County Attorney, was also in attendance at that hearing.
Then Wesley Mangum hilariously said he talked to Kevin Daniels about criminally charging Susan Manning for stalking but Kevin Daniels said that they were not going to criminally charge for stalking because the civil court standard for guilt is the lower standard of preponderance of the evidence. Whereas the legal standard for guilt in a criminal case is the higher standard of beyond a reasonable doubt.
Tim McGaffin was in disbelief as he told Wesley Mangum that of course Susan Manning would be found guilty in a criminal trial because Susan Manning admitted in court that she stalked Tim McGaffin. She said that she did it. And confessing to a crime beyond a reasonable doubt.
J. Wesley Mangum and Kevin Daniels are not supportive of doing what is right. They both are supportive for doing what is politically advantageous for themselves over what is the right thing to do.
I want it on record that J. Wesley Mangun and Kevin Daniels are not honest and not trustworthy. They are men without honor.
And the whole legal system is without honor for their dishonesty, including the judges, attorneys, and law enforcement officers as evidenced by the sharing of my testimony and personal experiences in experiencing their lies first-hand and also their jealousy for those who stand up and exercise their God-given rights of Life, Liberty, Property and Privacy.
SANPETE COUNTY ATTORNEY, KEVIN DANIELS, IS A PROFESSIONAL LIAR:
Kevin Daniels, the Sanpete County Attorney also called me on the phone for over 90 minutes on March 3, 2023 saying he was going to personally look at another case involving Susan Manning where she should have been charged with kidnapping and/or custodial interference.
Then when I followed up with Kevin Daniels months later during the summer he said he never said he was going to look at the case. A TOTAL LIE.

Kevin Daniels references in this email conversation to have new evidence pass "through the proper channels" in capital letters. Yes, I ALREADY did that back on March 3, 2023. On the March 3, 2023 phone call Kevin Daniels told me to email him directly any evidence I had concerning the Susan Manning kidnapping case.
I emailed him multiple PDF files containing eyewitness testimony, security camera footage and text messages that he, nor his office ever had. So all the evidence I emailed him was new.
Now he acts like all of those direct emails with evidence to him and to which he replied to confirm he had received, never existed and never happened.
And also on that 90-minute phone call Kevin Daniels tried to intimidate me and/or witness tamper with me to tell him the evidence I had on Sergeant Steven Cragun knowingly lying when Cragun falsely claimed I was a convicted felon on felony probation or parole when I have ZERO CRIMINAL HISTORY.
I told Kevin Daniels I was not going to give him the evidence on Steve Cragun's lie at this time because frankly I didn't trust Kevin Daniels. That's when Kevin Daniels accused me of wanting to litigate since I declined to tell him what evidence I had on the felon-lie.
And Kevin Daniels tried to convince me that whatever evidence I had was not strong even though he didn't know what I had. Kevin Daniels said the majority of people who believe they have overwhelming evidence in their favor do not. And Kevin Daniels said that if I was going to litigate then he was NOT going to look at that Susan Manning kidnapping case.
Kevin Daniels yelling at me on the phone: "Are you threatening litigation? Because if you're threatening litigation, I'm not going to take a look at the case (Susan Manning kidnapping case)"
Yelling that statement at me when I was complaining over my rights being violated is clearly intimidation and witness tampering and bribing. Saying he will look at possibly charging Susan Manning for kidnapping if I agree to not litigate them for the police violating my rights is bribing.
Another police chief in the area ( a good one ) told me in person to my face, quote, "I know for a fact that they (Ephraim City) have lawyered up and that they're worried" about me going after Ephraim City Police Department for Sergeant Steven Cragun lying about me being a felon when I was not and have ZERO criminal history and also Officer Garff for trespassing in our home and more.
This other police chief in the area I just referenced came to my home to personally gather evidence from me for an investigation into looking into criminally charging Sergeant Steve Cragun and Officer Garff for violating our rights.
And it was during this time of investigation into these police officers that Sanpete County Attorney Kevin Daniels called me on the phone for 90 minutes on March 3, 2023 to attempt to intimidate me and bribe me.
And again in that above email conversation screenshot between me and Kevin Daniels, he says now that he wants to be talking to my attorney and not me directly. Yet it was Kevin Daniels himself who personally called me on the phone on March 3, 2023. Kevin Daniels did not call my attorney, Daniels called me. Then when I followed-up by email for an update on the Susan Manning kidnapping case, Kevin Daniels now is full of lies and all of the sudden claiming he has to talk to my attorney and not me directly. All of the sudden when the heat is on and I'm now exposing his lies in writing, he doesn't want to talk to me anymore. Interesting.
And at this point I was representing myself because I had learned how to stand up for myself and my family better than any attorney. And it was me who went up against scum attorney Christopher D. Greenwood of Provo, Utah myself, as I was representing myself and my family and exposing all of Chris Greenwood's lies in court because I had the truth and the facts. And Heavenly Father is always on the side of truth. When God is with you, no satanic lawyering crafts will win in the end. Chris Greenwood's constant lying always will fail in the end. The truth always triumphs in the end and the truth moves mountains. The greatest power in the universe is: never giving up.
WASATCH COUNTY CRIMINALLY CHARGES SUSAN MANNING FOR STALKING:
However, Wasatch County, Utah which is the location where the stalking occurred, did criminally charge Susan Manning for stalking instead of Sanpete County as seen in the charging document shown above.
So again Kevin Daniels other lie that he couldn't criminally charge Susan Manning for stalking because the legal standard for guilt is beyond a reasonable doubt is laughable since Susan Manning's case against her for stalking us was beyond a reasonable doubt. Manning's guilt was beyond a reasonable doubt due to her admitting in court she stalked us after being caught. And the evidence of Manning being caught was overwhelming so she was forced to admit to violating the stalking injunctions.
